August 6, 2007* – Image Trends today announced its newest software application, SensorKleen Pro. The application erases dust and debris from sets of digital SLR images, and includes a tool for correcting single images.

"The SensorKleen Pro utilizes a patent pending technology that will automatically ‘Kleen’ the whole photo shoot when dust is discovered the morning after," said Dan Sullivan, president and CEO of Image Trends, in a press release. "SensorKleen Pro should be a must-have productivity application in the photographer’s digital tool box."

SensorKleen Pro analyzes the camera and lens metadata to find dust and debris spots and then automatically removes them, according to the release. Images can be processed in batches or, using the included SensorKleen SmartBrush, individually touched up.

The application, initially available only for Windows-based systems, will retail at $99.95. A Mac version may be released at a later date, depending on demand.

Image Trends also announced the availability of its ShineOff and PearlyWhites Plug-Ins for Mac operating systems. ShineOff removes unwanted shine from faces, and PearlyWhites whitens teeth in photographs. The Windows version of the plug-ins were released in June.

"We are extremely encouraged with the market reaction to our PearlyWhites and ShineOff cosmetic Plug-Ins and are pleased that we were able to come to market quickly with the Mac versions to meet that demand," Sullivan said.

Both plug-ins retail at $49.95 for the Mac version, and all Image Trends products are available for trial from Image Trend’s website.
