The main problem I have with the M50 is there are so many menu options and it's hard to hold the camera without changing them. I'm constantly turning off autofocus, for example. The good news is I've found that my best photos are accidental.
The selection of accessories and lenses is pretty limited for what was supposed to be a widely popular system.
