Fujifilm Introduces Memory Stick Line

September 7, 2005 – Adding to their range of storage alternatives, Fujifilm has introduced a line of Memory Stick media. FujiFilm has released a Memory Stick Duo, Memory Stick Pro and Memory Stick Duo Pro in a range of capacities up to 1 gigabyte.

While the majority of Fujifilm’s consumer cameras utilize xD-Picture Cards, the company also manufactures SMC, MMC, SD and CF memory cards.

In a press release announcing Fujifilm’s Memory Sticks, Adrian Clarke, Director of Photo Products for FujiFilm UK, said that the company hopes to see strong sales of the Memory Sticks based on demand from users of Sony’s PSP.
